Our role is not just to deliver your requirements but to proactively add to the success of your event. On a local basis we will pull everything together for you, from recommending local audio-visual, staging and other support companies, obtaining transport quotes, to designing table plans."

Meet the Team - Riviera International Conference Centre

Organising an event is hard work and we know how demanding it is for you. With over 50 years combined experience our conference and events team is dedicated to making your event the best yet. Once you confirm a conference at the RICC your event will be placed with one member of the team, this co-ordinator will be with you from this moment on, throughout the conference until the last delegate leaves.

We do not have an office bound administrator who, on the first day of conference, hands over to a Duty Manager whose interest and personal commitment can never match yours or that of our coordinators!

Your first point of contact is Nicky or Laura. "It is our job to show you how your event could work here" says Nicky. "from the main conference session, to the breakout meetings and exhibitions stands, to menus for gala dinners and delegate accommodation, we can show you how good we are"
